NO-DIG PIPE REPAIR

THE EASY WAY TO FIX BROKEN PIPES

Drain Vison has parntnered with Pipe Medic to become specialists in completing No-Dig pipeline diagnostics and repairs in the Southern Lakes and Central Otago regions. This saves you time, money, and disruption by eliminating the need for digging, reducing damage to assets above ground (driveways, floor and foundations).

HOW WE DO IT

Wheather it be removing tree roots or clearing obstructions, the pipe is prepared for the liner, this is then inserted into an existing available drain opening, and a camera is used to position the liner in the pipe. The liner is then inflated to completely fill the pipe, filling any voids or cracks in the process. This creates a hard resin lining over any damaged section. Once the liner is fully cured, the pipe is ready to return to normal usually within the same day.

The liner is created onsite to the specifications of your pipe and is inserted into the pipe via any available and existing drain opening -  so no digging required!

CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE LINING

FULL PIPELINE REHABILITATION

CIPP is a trenchless rehabilitation method used to repair existing pipelines. This is a jointless, seamless, pipe-within-a-pipe that increases the existing pipe integrity as well as repairing damaged systems. We assess the faulty pipeline and design the CIPP liner to be installed in accordance to the relevant loading conditions and specifications.

PATCH REPAIR

CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE LINING

Patching is a short version of Cured-In-Place Pipelining. If the damage is isolated, a short repair can be installed to save a significant amount of time and money.

We have a wide range of patching equipment and materials for damaged pipes with diameters 50mm to 1000mm and lengths of up to 3m long.

CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE LINING

LATERAL JOINER / JUNCTION REPAIRS

A lateral junction / joiner repair is a seal between the main and lateral connection that serves to stop infiltration / exfiltration, root intrusion and also repairs any cracked joins.
